Common problems hampering backup
Sometimes, there is
failure to store data online via Norton 360. This may be due to many factors,
most common of which is corrupt data. In case the data to be stored is already
corrupt or damaged, it cannot be stored. It may also happen if incompatible software
are used. For example, Acronis True Image programs, or other
backup software along with Norton Symantec software. In this case, it is better
to uninstall one of them. Previously existing software may also be causing the
trouble due to conflicts. There may also be a need to upgrade the software to
newer versions and install add-ons. The software must be re installed to fix
any issues.
